By clicking Submit Secure Payment, you agree to the following terms:
- Payment authorization. You authorize St. Lawrence Council 2950, Knights of Columbus, to charge the displayed payment total to the card provided. You confirm that you are authorized to use that card.
- Member information. You are responsible for selecting the correct dues amount and identifying the member whose account should receive credit.
- Payment total. Your card will be charged only for the final total displayed on the Review page. This total may include dues, optional charitable contributions, a convenience fee, and a voluntary round-up contribution.
- Optional contributions. Seminary Scholarship, Take 10 for Charities, additional charitable contributions, and round-up contributions are voluntary. This receipt does not determine whether any contribution is tax-deductible. Please consult a qualified tax adviser regarding your circumstances.
- Corrections and refunds. If a payment was duplicated, entered incorrectly, or credited to the wrong member, contact the council promptly at webmaster@uticakofc.com. Requests will be reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
- Secure payment processing. Card payments are processed through Authorize.Net. Do not enter card information in the comments or additional-information field.
- Electronic receipt. You consent to receive a payment confirmation and related correspondence at the email address entered on the form.
- Accuracy. You confirm that the information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
